How to Write Letter

Letter of Support for Teacher

A divorce can be messy affair, especially when there are children involved. The couple can have fights over the custody of the kids. In many cases, the court may require a character reference letter to prove the capability of a parent to take proper care of a child. This is the letter of support for child custody.

A letter of support for child custody can act as an important piece of evidence for the court. A parent can procure a letter from more than one source. This is very helpful when a judge has to take decisions for the best interest of the child/children. This is also helpful for a judge to decide whom to give the child custody when the divorce is still in process.

To whomsoever it may concern,

I am writing this letter to support Ms. Jane Rivers for getting the custody of her two kids. I have known Ms. Rivers for the past five years when she started working in our pre-school as a teacher for the kids. As her employer and a close friend, I have had the chance to take a close look at the parenting skills of Ms. Rivers.

I still remember the first day when Jane joined our preschool as an assistant teacher. After she admitted her twin kids to our school, she joined us as a faculty member. Since then, I have seen her as a wonderful teacher and a parent. She has been able to strike this balance throughout her career. She has worked hard to achieve success in her career, but at the same time, she always managed to devote some quality time to her kids.

After a long and tiring day, she ensures that she spends some time with her kids. The grades of her kids are a strong indicator of this fact. Her work has never come in her way being a parent. She also participates with them in school field trips and has managed to be involved in their sports activities.

I have visited her home a few times. She organizes her house well and keeps it clean. Her kids and her friends appreciate the fact that she is an excellent cook. I have also noticed that her kids are well disciplined. We never had any complaints from the teachers of her children so far. The fact that she has been a career woman never came in way of her being a parent.

Although, her husband had a job that involved a lot of travelling, she has done a commendable job as a parent. She has proved that she is a mature and a responsible parent. I would recommend that Jane should be granted the custody of her kids. This decision would be in the best interest of the kids. They would get the love and care from a good parent.

If you have any doubts regarding this matter, please get in touch with me. I would be very glad to answer any further queries. You can call me on 045-4443332 or send a mail to keith@toddlers.com.
