Special Power of Attorney Letter

A legal document, which gives power to one person on someone else's behalf, is a power of attorney. The power is to take certain legal and financial decisions. A special power of attorney letter grants the agent specific powers to act on the behalf of the person. The person who grants the power is known as principal whereas the one who receives them is an agent. In such kind of letters, the special powers need to be mentioned in the letter itself. An expert in that matter is generally chosen as the attorney-in-fact or an agent.
