How to Write Letter

Refund Request Letter

In many colleges and universities the tuition fees, library deposit, and gym deposits are refundable. This is mentioned in the student's manual of the school or college. In some other cases if a student discontinues his or her studies for reasons like physical illness, overload of job or family responsibilities, relocation due to a job transfer and so on, the student can claim for a full or partial fee refund as per the college or school policies.

However there is procedure for every school or college to claim for such refunds which requires one to write a refund request letter accompanied by some documents- like a doctor's certificate, copy of the transfer order from the company and so on. This article will help you to draft a simple and easy refund request letter that can help you to claim your refunds.
